GROUPS - Bro Dysg
Go Back
The Education and Training Action Plan for Wales recommended
the National Assembly for Wales should 'introduce local Community
Consortia for Education and Training (CCETs)' to develop partnerships,
raise expectations, promote the integrity of provision and better
respond to local needs, whilst securing genuine parity of esteem
and treatment of academic, vocational and workplace training. The
terms of reference for Bro Dysg, the Rhondda Cynon Taf CCET, are
to bring together, in effective partnership, senior representatives
of those agencies and businesses active in RCT with responsibility
for education, training and learning in order to develop the effective
solutions to meet the needs of all learners.
